About this opportunity:
We’re looking for recent graduates (0–2 years’ experience, including internships) who are excited to build a leadership career in Supply Chain. You’ll rotate or deep dive into core areas—planning, inbound/outbound logistics, supply operations, procurement, and data/analytics—while learning how end-to-end supply chain operations deliver value for customers across North East Asia.
This role is designed for young talent with leadership potential, offering exposure to cross-functional teams, modern digital tools, and a strong culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end order execution, including order clarification, confirmation, delivery preparation, transportation coordination, and closure, to meet customer or project requirements.
- Proactively manage order performance by monitoring progress, handling changes and deviations, and resolving escalations to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate across the value chain with planning teams, logistics service providers, warehouses, customer teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve constraints and optimize cost, lead time, and service.
- Leverage data and digital tools to improve end-to-end visibility and drive continuous improvements through process simplification, automation, and analytics dashboards.
- Strengthen supply resilience and impact by supporting demand/supply planning, contributing to risk and contingency planning in a multi-country network, and owning problems end to end—starting small and scaling what works.
What You Will Bring
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; graduating in 2025/2026 or a recent graduate with up to 2 years of experience.
- Leadership and growth mindset: A continuous learner with leadership potential who embraces change, applies new knowledge to improve ways of working, and is motivated to grow into a future supply chain leader with an end-to-end perspective.
- Collaboration & communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural, international, and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and curious mindset: A structured problem solver who asks “why,” thinks critically, and approaches challenges with curiosity and ownership.
- Digital & AI fluency: Comfortable working with data and tools; eager to use AI-enabled tools, ERP/SAP/IBP, Power BI, or similar technologies to support decision-making and process improvement.
