About the opportunity

We’re hiring a mid-level, hands-on IT Systems Administrator to deliver reliable and secure IT services for Ericsson Antennas System in Tlaxcala (on-site). You’ll own day-to-day administration, local user support, and site rollouts while following security and compliance standards and ITIL practices.

What you will do

• Manage IT Infrastructure Operations focusing on security, cost stability, and sustainability.
• Follow standard IT procedures for incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
• Guarantee topnotch employee experience through high-quality local support and, when necessary, execute supplier management and governance.
• Drive IT rollout projects including infrastructure updates, system upgrades, and migrations.
• Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, ensuring all IT responsibilities are met and delivered.
• Develop the local IT budget, manage forecasts and actuals including necessary accruals.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT
• Good hands-on IT administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong experience with: Windows Server/AD, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 admin, Intune/SCCM, VMware/Hyper‑V, backup tools, and networking fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of ITIL incident/problem/change (certification a plus); basic PMI exposure helpful.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices (patching, hardening, EDR, least privilege, risk management) and working with information security rules.
• Excellent customer-focused communication; effective cross‑functional collaboration and prioritization.
• Team work
• Ability to work onsite in Tlaxcala.
