Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are seeking a Manager, Total Rewards GSSC who will be responsible for supporting and executing compensation programs in collaboration with the Total Rewards team. This is a hands-on role, working closely with business leaders and HR teams to help design, administer, and execute competitive compensation programs across the Global Shared Services Centers (GSCC).
The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience, particularly in managing global broad-based compensation initiatives, including annual salary reviews, short- and long-term variable pay, and recognition programs. As part of a high-performance shared services team, this role will contribute to our rapid growth by ensuring effective and efficient compensation strategies.
You Will:
- Assist in assessing, designing, and implementing compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, fairness, transparency, and recognition of impact.
- Partner with Global & Business Unit Total Rewards (TR) teams to align on global and local compensation plans and pay-out requirements.
- Support relationships with TR Process Owners and collaborate with them on Total Rewards-related activities, including administration, setup, execution, communication, and reporting.
- Help influence the direction and design of innovative compensation solutions, understanding the business needs, diagnosing issues, and leveraging best practices.
- Lead or support ongoing Total Rewards initiatives and projects while managing ad-hoc assignments as needed.
- Assist with the annual market analysis, including survey participation, market pricing practices, salary structures, and budget recommendations. Contribute to the preparation, analysis, and delivery of data, insights, and recommendations to HR leadership and Finance.
- Support the Annual and Mid-Year Compensation planning processes and related activities.
- Support in managing Benefits administration work.
- Provide data analysis and trends reporting on employee benefits, including the preparation of summaries and insights for management planning.
The Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of professional HR experience with a minimum of 7+ years of Total Rewards experience in a global environment.
- Experience in GSSC transformation and/or set-up, including building, stabilizing, and scaling Total Rewards operations within a Global Shared Services environment.
- Experience as a GSSC strategic leader, with demonstrated ability to drive process standardization, optimization, and governance.
- Experience in designing and structuring compensation programs, including equity stock plans and recognition initiatives.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with demonstrated project management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective consultative skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners, cross-functional teams, and external vendors/providers.
- Ability to effectively communicate and drive change while fostering relationships at all levels of the organization.
