This IT Support Trainee role is excellent for building a mix of transferable soft skills and technical (hard) skills including problem-solving and troubleshooting, time management and prioritization by balancing urgent incidents with routine tasks. In terms of soft skills, you will learn customer service and empathy by managing confused and frustrated users, building trust with internal stakeholders.

What will you do:

• Software and hardware configuration and installation to PCs
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Network basics, servers, peripherals
• Provide user assistance and customer support
• Maintaining and updating equipment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Students studying IT, ICT or Computer Science
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office tools and Linux is a plus
• Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
• Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
• High proficiency in English, Estonia and Russian verbal communication

• Currently studying at a University or Vocational School
• Your current study course will continue after August 2026
• You have valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.08.2026
• You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (Mon-Fri) for at least standard period of 01.06-14.08.2026
