This HR Delivery Specialist is responsible for leading and optimizing HR delivery processes to ensure the efficient and effective execution of HR services across the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner in aligning HR operations with broader organizational goals, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high standards of service quality. The HR Delivery Specialist plays a critical role in overseeing complex projects, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. This position is vital in mentoring and developing team members, leveraging data-driven insights, and championing innovative solutions to meet evolving HR needs.

What you will do

  • Oversee and execute complex HR delivery tasks, ensuring full compliance with advanced standard processes and procedures.
  • Lead the analysis and optimization of HR processes and tools, driving strategic improvements and innovations.
  • Spearhead HR delivery projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, best practices, and critical timelines.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to align HR services with evolving business needs.
  • Strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders, including local vendors, to uphold exceptional service quality.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of HR processes, projects, and improvements, maintaining high standards.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering expertise in HR delivery tasks and leadership skills.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor, report, and enhance HR service delivery for sustainable improvements.
  • Resolve complex escalated issues and ensure SOX compliance; oversee invoicing processes.
  • Lead candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Draft and review employee offers, contracts, and agreements within a sophisticated framework.
  • Deliver advanced learning and remuneration administration services, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Oversee payroll systems and local HR tools, conducting in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Solve complex administrative and interface problems, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Lead the development and updating of reference guides and work instructions.
  • Direct participation in HR system tests (UAT, business testing) and oversee functional customization efforts.
  • Provide strategic operational knowledge to projects, manage data uploads, and oversee interfaces between Success Factors and supplier systems.
  • Generate, analyze, and present complex ad hoc reports and statistics; perform thorough data audits and corrections.
  • Ensure comprehensive legal compliance in data management, setting standards for the organization.

  • Extensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and strategic best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Advanced project management skills, with experience in leading complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, with the ability to oversee system customizations.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, fostering team development and growth.
  • Ability to manage complex administrative and operational challenges effectively.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Valuable Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR delivery or a related field, with a track record of leading complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in process analysis and strategic improvements.
  • Extensive experience in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
  • Experience with SOX compliance and advanced HR system management.
  • Experience in ensuring legal compliance in data management and reporting.
