We are looking for a Senior technical leader responsible for driving architecture, delivery and technical quality for complex, large-scale software systems. Guide technical direction and influence product decisions.

You will work in a cross-functional Agile team with product owners, system architects and test engineers to deliver features and improvements.

What you will do

· Plan, implement, maintain and support both cloud-native and non-cloud-native applications for large telco networks.

· Drive architectural evolution, defining technical roadmaps, and collaborating with global stakeholders.

· Verify services at different levels (from unit tests up to feature and system tests).

· Integrate services into the overall solution.

· Champion best practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, performance and security.

· Mentor and coach engineers across teams; perform and lead code reviews and design reviews to raise technical standards.

· Design, implement and unit-test new features and services using programming languages such as Erlang, C/C++, Python or Go.

· Drive quality through code reviews and automated tests.

You will bring

· Strong knowledge of relevant technologies (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Linux).

· Understanding of microservice architectures.

· Experience developing scalable real-time solutions.

· Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, Agile environment.

· Deep experience using development management systems and build tools, preferably Jenkins, Artifactory, Gerrit, Git, Bazel and CMake.

· Deep expertise in one or more of these languages: C/C++, Python, Go, Erlang.

· Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to drive technical discussions.

It’s a huge plus if you have

· Expertise in telecommunication networks and networking protocols (UDP, TCP, SCTP), preferably end-to-end IMS knowledge.

· Experience with load-balancing functionality.

· Experience with Open Stack and Open Shift.

· Experience with iptables, nftables, conntrack and Netfilter.

· Experience as a tech lead or system architect in product companies or large engineering organizations.
