About this opportunity

We are looking for a talented Process & AI Analyst to join our Performance & Transformation team, driving improvements across the Americas. Our unit of seven people, based in Plano and São Paulo, focuses on building innovative solutions that increase operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and streamline processes. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement software tools and AI-driven systems to automate workflows, support business units, and enable measurable performance improvements.

What you will do

• Identify operational pain points using data analysis and design thinking to develop creative solutions.
• Develop software tools and AI agents that drive automation and efficiency across multiple units.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead small projects independently within the first three months while contributing to team initiatives from day one.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies, AI solutions, and software development methodologies to improve processes and tools.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related IT field and Advanced English.
• Experience in software development using programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Power Query, and VBA.
• Experience in AI agent development, orchestration, and implementation of agentic systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and other data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for applying design thinking to complex challenges.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and experience working in international environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, high-impact team.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model of work in São Paulo city, Brazil.
