We’re expanding our team and looking for talented, motivated, and driven Software Development Engineer who want to make a real impact and have experience with Reactive Java and Spring Boot. You will have the opportunity to be part of a product development team and contribute to the design, development, and life cycle of a cloud-based OTT delivery platform. Responsibilities:

• Develop an implementation proposal based on the design and write technical documentation
• Develop new and update software components or services
• Perform unit/basic testing of software programs
• Support the Installation and integration of software into the target environment
• Offer consultancy, expertise and relevant documentation
• Bug fixing and Level 3 support for developed applications
• Requirement gathering and assesment of technical options to fulfill those requirements
• Do technical presentations and workshops for the customer
• Collaboration with the wider Development Team and Product Management to create tailored solution in case of high value customers
• Provide Time estimate for Tasks/Stories/Features.

Technical Skills:

Main Skillset:

• At least 3 years experience in software development with Java
• Knowledge at a medium- senior level of Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot and Reactive Java
• English at a fluent level in both writing and speaking.

Extended Skillset – General knowledge/ working experience with:

• JavaScript knowledge Additional Java Script technologies are a plus (e.g. NodeJS)
• React JS knowledge
  Redux knowledge - is a plus
• Pyhton knowledge- is a plus
• CI/CD Pipelines knowledge
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including – JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Ansible, Terraform, Cloud Formation, Jenkins
• Infrastructure knowledge:
  Linux
  Basic Networking
  Public Cloud services (Azure, AWS)
  Containers and Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Databases knowledge:
  Cassandra DB
  Mongo DB
  Clickhouse
• REST API knowledge and hands- on experience
• End-to-end troubleshooting knowledge
• ELK stack/Grafana knowledge – is a plus.

Soft skills:

• Good technical presentation skills
• Good consultation skills
• Good communication skills.
