About this opportunity:

We are looking for a Solution Integrator (SI) with strong expertise in Ericsson Charging solutions to drive end-to-end integration, configuration, deployment, and verification activities. You will bridge solution design and execution, ensuring customer requirements are implemented with high quality, efficiency, and compliance across all environments.

You will work closely with architects, developers, testers, and customer stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance charging solutions.

What you will do:

• Perform end-to-end integration and configuration of Ericsson Charging System (EC) components.
• Execute solution designs provided by architects and adapt them to specific customer environments.
• Drive delivery activities including:
  Installation, Configuration, Upgrade and Migration
• Verification and customer acceptance
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into clear technical implementation steps.
• Configure charging features including rating, balance management, offers, and charging flows (online and offline).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex charging, performance, and integration issues.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and stabilization phases to ensure service continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Ericsson delivery processes, quality standards, and timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration practices, tools, and automation.

The skills you bring:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Ericsson Charging System (EC).
• Solid experience in:
  Charging configuration, Rating and balance management
  Offer setup and lifecycle management
• Online and offline charging flows
• Proficiency in:
  Linux, Python and Shell scripting
• Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Experience with databases:
• Oracle Times Ten and Cassandra
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G charging architecture.
• Experience with 5G Core and 5G Charging functions.
• Working knowledge of telecom signalling and protocols including SS7, Diameter and 5G-related protocols.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
• Proven experience as a Solution Integrator / Senior Integrator in charging programs.
• Exposure to Ericsson Charging EC 22.x is an added advantage.
