About this opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ericsson’s Marketing & Communication team for CU West Europe as Marketing Manager to support customer engagement and advocacy. This role will cover France joining the team led by the M&C CU West Europe Head within a wider Marketing, Communications and Sustainability team for Europe, Middle East and Africa. The successful candidate will have strong exposure to sales and act as a trusted partner to commercial teams, driving initiatives that align marketing with business priorities.

What you will do:

  • Plan and execute Account Based Marketing strategies for prioritized accounts in France.
  • Work closely with sales to translate commercial priorities into account plans, campaigns and customer engagements; ensure joint ownership of goals and outcomes.
  • Adapt global content and campaigns for local relevance, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to track engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to create meaningful customer engagements.
  • Design and deliver high-impact events and customer-facing programs in collaboration with sales and field teams.
  • Champion adoption of AI tools to boost productivity, creativity and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop customer advocacy and capture use cases and promote customer success stories with commercial value in mind.
  • Deliver and measure actions (KPIs and data analytics)
  • Operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, juggling multiple work streams and adapting priorities as needed.

The skills you bring:

  • 10+ years of proven marketing experience preferably in a B2B environment and commercial-facing roles
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent written and spoken French (primary working language for this role) and professional working proficiency in English
  • Solid Account-Based Marketing expertise and practical experience working alongside sales teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders and navigating conversations with decisive, assertive individuals.
  • Skilled in leveraging CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Marketo).
  • Experience with agency management and budget allocation.
  • Strategic mindset combined with excellent execution skills and attention to commercial impact.
  • Exceptional skills in crafting compelling, brand-aligned content strategies
  • Experience in planning and managing events from concept through execution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, remain flexible and deliver under tight deadlines; hands-on mentality.
