About this opportunity:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our Łódź based Ericsson team. You should have a solid understanding of CI/CD technologies and be familiar with DevOps tools such as Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins, as well as configuration management practices. Experience working with cloud‑native environments, especially Kubernetes and Docker, is important, along with strong troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve reported issues.

What you will do:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.

• Work with DevOps tools (Git, Gerrit, Jenkins) and configuration management practices to streamline workflows.

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot cloud‑native environments, including Kubernetes and Docker‑based solutions.

• Investigate, debug, and resolve reported issues to ensure system stability and performance.

• Collaborate closely with development and testing teams to improve automation, quality, and delivery processes.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and implementing innovative solutions.

• Take part in knowledge‑sharing activities and support a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

The skills you bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Understanding of CI/CD technologies

• Familiarity of DevOps tools (e.g. Git, Gerrit, Jenkins), configuration management

• Cloud native software stacks and execution environments (Kubernetes, Dockers)

• Troubleshooting skills: Capacity to investigate and debug reported issues.

• Knowlege sharing approach and openness to learn

• English on intermediate level

• Teamwork spirit and good communication skill

What is your advantage?:
