Good knowledge of Netcracker BSS Suite (OCS/CRM/OM)
Troubleshooting skills for the Netcracker BSS Suite (OCS/CRM/OM)
Voice Call & Signaling Routing for Netcracker BSS Suite (OCS/CRM/OM)

End-to-End Performance Audit & Optimization:
