About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a Product Development Leader for PDU CLCS ADP Development organization to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time, and cost balance for product development. As a Product Development Leader, you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.

ADP Development Unit is accountable for development of ADP Cloud Native microservices widely used across Ericsson. You will lead a section that delivers high quality software in ADP technologies and works with continuous improvements. You will be expected to take initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, quality, flow efficiency and continuous learning to improve our overall performance. Your mission is to secure best in class quality, speed, and efficiency.

Important factors to be successful in the role are empathy and humanness, courageous and fact-based decisions, cooperation and collaboration, executing speedily and ability to create a speak-up environment.

What you will do:

  • Lead ADP microservice development teams
  • Be a designer for microservices, making sure the teams deliver timely releases with the right quality
  • Keep people highly motivated and highly productive in normal and difficult times like today
  • Develop self-driven teams further in a shared responsibility-based environment
  • Flow optimization of E2E efficiency considering platform and application software together

You will be required to drive technology and product leadership:

  • Flow optimization
  • Innovation and improvements
  • Knowledge sharing and learning

The skills you bring:

Previous experience in similar role

2-3 years of leadership experience
