About this opportunity

Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) is the Antenna Powerhouse of Ericsson, providing a complete range of high-quality passive antennas, active antennas, filters and accessories.

EAS Sourcing is responsible for Sourcing of direct and indirect material to all EAS products. The main responsibility for the Sourcing Business Partner is to ensure that design solutions are taking the Sourcing strategy into account.

The Sourcing Business Partner actively engages in R&D projects and product management activities from the early stages, taking end-to-end responsibility for sourcing activities, ensuring adherence to sourcing strategies, addressing business needs, and leading collaboration within the sourcing team to deliver results in line with project objectives.

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate sourcing of parts and related activities for antenna development projects at EAS
  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities across components and products, and lead initiatives to realize them
  • Execute sourcing strategies within projects, tracking targets and driving them to completion
  • Analyze BOMs (Bill of Material) throughout the project lifecycle to monitor changes and ensure use of preferred parts and suppliers
  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing Managers to secure commercial agreements for materials and components
  • Support cost management initiatives and maximize value contribution across projects
  • Work closely with R&D, Strategic Sourcing and Supply teams to enable successful NPI (New Product Introduction) and volume ramp-up

You will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Min 3–5 years’ experience in sourcing or supply-chain management with hands-on project management expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, data modeling, and complex formulas to support data analysis, reporting, and fact-based decision-making
  • Strong understanding of industry technologies, global supply bases, and competitor landscapes
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, deliver structured status updates (including at executive level), and drive fact-based, data-driven decisions
  • Effective in fast-changing and unclear environments, able to quickly reassess priorities and adapt as new information emerges
  • Experience with hardware development processes is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
