About this opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking a motivated HR Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Delivery Specialist, you will effectively execute HR processes, perform analysis, and propose enhancements to our system. You will play a vital role in HR projects and manage relationships with our local vendors. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Ericsson's forward-thinking culture and make a difference to our global team.

What you will do:

Deliver Human Resources services:

• Respond to Tier 2 enquiries from Employees, Line Managers and Contingent workers
• Time evaluation error handling
• Time Interface Error log analysis & error clearing
• Perform Quota, Work schedules & holiday updates
• Perform other time administration activities

Provide Project & Process Support:

• Participate in global & regional release testing
• Support on Time Management Projects, M&A and Outsourcings
• Experience with Organization Management (OM) and PA (Personnel Administration)
