Join our Team

We are now looking for a People Business Partner to drive our People Story securing a positive people experience that makes it easy for us to focus on our business and our customers in Singapore, Brunei and the Philippines. In this role you will integrate our People Philosophies - that provide us with the visibility and clarity to understand how we make people related decisions. You will also implement actions and behaviors to empower everyone to perform at their very best.

What you will do

  • Support the entire employee lifecycle e.g. on-boarding briefing, performance management process, compensation and benefits, employee relations, exit management, run pay and recognition related matters, etc.
  • Serve as main HR point of contact to the assigned business accounts to provide HR advice.
  • Encourage growth and career advancement among our Talents, in line with business direction.
  • Cultivate a strong performance culture through clear expectations and the importance to Ericsson.
  • Guide leaders in adhering to our values, purpose and philosophies for a positive employee experience.
  • Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and motivate changes vital to establish good HR practices.
  • Contribute to the business processes and operations and provide advices to managers on people matters.

You will bring

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR business partnering and working in a matrix organization.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Broad understanding of diversity best practices & inclusion programs, & its creation of greater business value.
