您将负责的工作

您将在我们虚幻引擎客户成功团队的动画垂直领域担任解决方案架构师。理想候选人需具备数 年作为动画师的实际制作经验。在这一职位中，您将与现有客户及潜在客户合作，帮助他们了解 虚幻引擎的价值。您将评估他们项目的需求，并通过线上和线下方式为他们提供支持工具，协助 他们构建项目。该职位可能涉及一定的出差需求。

在此职位中，您将

• 与客户开展短期（数周至数月）的咨询合作，评估其在虚幻引擎采用与成功应用方面的需 求

• 展示虚幻引擎在解决行业特定挑战方面的价值

• 有效识别客户需求与风险，明确交付成果并规划工作范围以加以应对

• 基于行业专业知识与最佳实践，推荐工作流程与优化方案；善于协作并发展跨职能关系，确保团队间的协同一致

• 与销售和支持团队合作，制定有效的新客户引导计划，并在必要时协助实施；与支持团队 的技术资源合作，在适当情况下提供现场或远程协助

• 监控计划执行情况与交付成果，有效沟通进展并管理工作范围；与内外部各利益相关方进 行有效沟通，使其保持知情，并提供高质量的专属支持

• 与学习团队合作，为客户提供指导和实操培训，进行现场演示，并在各类活动和展会中与 用户互动

我们正在寻找的人才

• 具备在动画项目中使用虚幻引擎的实践经验

• 4年以上面向客户的工作经验（如销售、支持、培训），理想情况下具备项目监督或项目负 责人经验

• 4年以上动画领域工作经验

• 具备丰富的动画软件及工作流程使用经验

• 具备出色的日常问题解决能力，能够将每一个新问题视为成功的机会

• 有创造性、有条理地应对挑战的成功记录，能够推动问题最终解决

• 能够与不同层级的利益相关方进行有效沟通，并建立良好的合作关系

• 必须居住在中国境内，并能流利使用中文和英文

• 愿意出差，出差时间最多可达工作时间的30%
