Job Description: Job Description Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Delivers customer service support and assistance to troubleshoot, repair and upgrade equipment during field visits. Service is also provided via phone or email as applicable.

Travel to customer's facilities as required (primarily domestic travel).

Provide customer training on Entegris SI equipment and gas purification products.
-
Promote and execute Preventative Maintenance Agreements.

Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems by reading schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams and any technical documentation necessary to perform electrical or mechanical repairs.

The ability to perform safe work during close inspection of potentially dangerous products (electrical wiring, hot surfaces, chemical and gas leaks, pressurized systems) is a must.

Provide support to global and domestic FSE (Field Service Engineer/Technician) peers.

Maintain proper documentation for all on-site field service support calls and any critical equipment information gathered via phone/email.

Provide parts/labor requirements to local CSR (Customer Service Representative) for customer quote generation.

Create reports as required.

Provide detailed verbal and written feedback to Engineering, Quality and other departments as necessary.

Travel to domestic sites in support of routine work on site (PM, commissioning) for less complex product lines.
Traits/qualifications we believe make a strong candidate:

Technical, engineering or scientific degree or equivalent field service experience required

FSE position: Field Service Experience.

The ability to understand and take full responsibility for technical issues, after progressing through factory training, is required.

The ability to work both independently and as a team is required while communicating effectively to both internal and external customers.

Understanding of electronic, chemical engineering and mechanical systems required
-
Strong computer and communication skills. Ability to problem solve independently while out on field
-
Semiconductor industry experience a plus
-
Experience with product start-ups, repairs, upgrades, training, technical support and preventative maintenance a plus
-
Valid Passport required (to travel at various sites out of the Korea), and valid driver’s license
