Job Summary
We’re looking for a results-oriented and solutions-driven Workday Principal HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our Workday platform with different modules inside – Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Advanced comp, Time & Absence and Learning.
In this role you will serve as internal expert, managing and improving Workday functionality with a focus on accuracy, security and user experience. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, maintain data integrity, and support change through new releases, documentation, and training.
You will be reporting to HRIS Sr. Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and implement process improvements.
- Lead and support the implementation of Workday HR modules, including core HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Time & Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, and Advanced Compensation.
- Develop and support wide range of inbound and outbound EIBs, other integrations systems based on the workday providers like CCW, CCB.
- Configure Workday based on business requirements, including business processes, functional configuration, security groups, roles and custom reports.
- Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot system issues and provide resolutions.
- Support Workday upgrade, including testing, proper documentation, and user training.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy, security, and industry regulations (e.g., SOX).
- Ensure successful rollout and ongoing support of projects and enhancements.
- Having experience in Learning, US benefits modules will be added advantage.
- Having integrations development using Studio will also be added advantage.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience with Workday functional and technical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, eager to learn & take commitments, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
