We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SRE L2 to support application development, optimization, and observability initiatives. This role combines support, continuous improvement, and monitoring responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement improvements required by the business across the ecosystem.
- Perform functional testing of implemented changes.
- Provide regular progress updates on assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Release Management, and development teams.
- Support deployments and contribute to secure, high-performance, and scalable code.
- Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and observability improvements.
Role Focus Breakdown
15% – L2 Support:
Ticket support and stakeholder communications.35% – Optimization & Troubleshooting:
System optimization, troubleshooting, and gathering requirements to improve day-to-day operations and application performance.50% – Observability & Monitoring:
- Strong focus on observability, including monitoring, alarms, dashboards, and proactive system health management.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using Java.
- AWS
- Kubernetes

- Optional: Helm, Terraform
- Good understanding of the software design principles (refactoring, SOLID, design patterns)
- Good understanding of web applications and back-end systems functioning from end to end.
- Understanding of project lifecycle and operational experience: incident management, change management, release management.
- Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
