As a .NET MAUI Developer at Endava, you will take a leading role in designing and delivering high-quality mobile and backend solutions. You will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle.

This role is available on a full-time employment contract (UoP) and requires the willingness to work from our office in Kraków.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of mobile applications using .NET MAUI
  • Architect and develop scalable REST APIs using ASP.NET / .NET
  • Drive integration with Azure cloud services
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing
  • Define and improve CI/CD pipelines and development standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver business value
  • Identify and implement performance optimizations
  • Mentor junior developers and support team growth

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of commercial experience in .NET / C#
  • Strong experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin (with migration experience)
  • Solid understanding of MVVM, DI/IoC
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET Web API / backend development
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Strong knowledge of Git workflows
  • Deep understanding of Clean Code, SOLID, and design principles
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1+)

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience publishing and maintaining apps in App Store / Google Play
  • Experience in technical leadership or mentoring

“For this position, the starting gross base salary is PLN 15200 PLN Gross per month (full-time employment contract), determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria including skillset, experience and role responsibilities.
