This individual will be responsible for SAP software installation, upgrades, applying Support Stacks, SAP profile parameter changes, workload analysis, performance monitoring/tuning, release and transport management and system health checks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Must have experience of installing at least one SAP HANA based landscape
  • Must have experience in performance optimization of SAP HANA databases
  • Must possess certification of SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA
  • Proven experience in installing, maintaining and administration of the following:
  • S/4HANA 2022
  • RHEL Linux
  • Oracle 19c
  • 2 Template Revised 8/2022
  • SAP Netweaver 7.4 / 7.5
  • SAP HANA Cockpit
  • SAP Data Services 4.3
  • SAP Solution Manager 7.2
  • SAP PI/PO
  • Experience with SAP ChaRM is an asset
  • Experience with SAP BTP and SAC administration is an asset
  • Experience with SAP IAS/IPS is an asset
  • Ability to provide technical leadership
  • Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with others
  • Ability to participate with on-call Basis support
  • Ability to work off peak hours to support maintenance activities and project deadlines
  • ITIL v4 Certification
  • Experience with SAP Release Management or SAP Transport Management
  • Knowledge of Service Now or similar ITSM tooling
  • Contribute to ITIL maturity and SAP operational excellence initiatives
  • Knowledge about Incident and Problem Management.
  • Prepare and validate CAB agenda’s
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Support Process improvement initiatives
