In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Test localized software and work with developers to resolve defects

• Build and maintain automated test solutions for localization and i18n quality

• Use and improve localization and QA tools across teams

• Provide i18n guidance and promote best practices

• Design AI‑based solutions for automated screenshot capture and linguistic validation

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field

• 5–8 years of experience in software testing, localization, or engineering

• Strong understanding of software design and architecture

• Working knowledge of a high‑level programming language

• Strong English communication skills

• Self‑driven, able to work independently in cross‑functional teams

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in Agile development environments

• Experience with software localization or internationalized systems

• Knowledge of i18n standards, Unicode, and character encoding

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux architectures

• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash

• Experience collaborating with global teams

• Knowledge of NI software and hardware is a plus

• Language proficiency: Chinese, Korean, or Japanese

• Comfortable with hybrid work
