A great opportunity has opened for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Stavanger Factory team at Emerson. In this role, you will contribute directly to the assembly, testing, and calibration of advanced subsea and downhole products. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Perform a range of workshop activities, including assembly, testing, and calibration of subsea and downhole products manufactured at the Stavanger Factory.

• Actively promote a safe working environment by identifying and raising safety concerns and intervening when unsafe situations are observed.
• Document all work thoroughly using defined reporting templates to ensure accurate and compliant quality documentation.
• Identify and report product or process quality issues, deviations, and improvement suggestions through the established quality system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping enhance production documentation and reporting to improve quality, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in Norway.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience working in a manufacturing, workshop, or production environment.
• Familiarity with quality systems, documentation, or continuous improvement practices.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, testing, or calibration activities.
• An interest in learning new processes and contributing to operational improvements.
