As Materials Planner in our site in Cluj Napoca, you will be responsible for Planning orders in ERP to achieve maximum delivery performance and control inventory levels and movements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Verification Places purchase orders to supplier in ERP

• Communicates daily with supplier to ensure on-time deliveries

• Expedite/postpone orders

• Prepares reports and extract information from ERP

• Manage and control inventory levels and movements

• Performs any other task given by the team leader/management

Who You Are:

You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You understand that different situations may call for different approaches.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or Oracle) with deep understanding of MRP logic and system optimization
• Data analytics using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Supply chain optimization techniques including safety stock calculations, reorder point optimization, and ABC/XYZ analysis
• Inventory management frameworks (DD MRP, JIT, VMI) with proven PDBL reduction track record
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, including advanced Power

Point for S&OP reporting:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) for international collaboration and documentation

• German or Dutch: Constitutes an advantage, for regional stakeholder engagement and supplier communication
