In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Analyze corporate financial results and forecasts for Emerson Fisher Mexico, identifying key performance drivers and trends.-
Provide gross profit analysis of forecasts / actuals and research variances.

  • Prepare clear communication for actual results compared to budgets and forecasts for all levels of management.

  • Prepare both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis.

  • Update monthly and quarterly forecasts results based upon most recent information and expectations.

  • Lead and prepare process for annual budget and cost implosion.

  • HFM workload for POR quarterly and annual reports.

  • Prepare Corporate exhibits and annual reports.

  • Prepare plant scorecard reports

  • Coordinate Journal entry local processes.

  • Banking structure coordination.

  • Work on special projects as required, both structured and unstructured.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

  • Analyze financial reports in accordance with MEXGAAP standards.

  • Prepare annual financial reports and notes for MEXGAAP books’ requirements.

  • Prepare and coordinate process for annual Statutory reports.

  • Prepare reports for annual Fiscal Opinion.

Manage capital budget

  • Coordinate capital investment decisions with sites, support preparation of appropriation requests, track capital plans and budgets.

For This Role, You Will Need:-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate finance or financial analysis role.

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:-
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar financial consolidation tools.

  • Data analytics skills.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
