Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit GPB applications accurately and on time, manage communication with customs
• Track import/export declaration processes and ensure smooth workflow。
• Support import and export operations with proper documentation management
• Communicate with broker to support the daily operations and manage broker performance KPIs
• Assist in the application of trade permits and relevant approvals
• Maintain organized filing of compliance documents and records based on the aligned process
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure compliance
• Stay updated on Malaysian trade regulations and assist in process implementation

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in trade compliance, customs, or international logistics are preferred.
• Knowledge of local customs process and Malaysian import/export regulations
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
