In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings in compliance with local tax laws.
• Support the preparation of statistical reports for government authorities, central banks, and industry regulators.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date tax documentation for audit readiness.
• Assist in responding to routine tax authority inquiries and support tax audits as needed.
• Collaborate with the shared service accounting team to ensure accurate VAT, withholding tax, and other indirect tax treatments.
• Monitor changes in local tax policies and communicate potential impacts to the Tax Manager.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of automation tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Partner with site finance teams to collect necessary data and ensure completeness of tax submissions.
• Perform ad-hoc tax analysis and support special projects as assigned by the Tax Manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in tax, audit, or financial reporting, preferably in a shared service center or professional services firm.
• Solid understanding of PRC tax regulations, including VAT, CIT, and withholding tax.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
