
Assistant to General Manager
About the role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Be the main point of contact for the Assistant to General Manager and support communication with regional and global teams.
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar and arrange meetings based on business priorities.
- Organize General Management meetings and support agenda preparation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Support the General Manager by collecting information and helping with business-related tasks.
- Take notes during leadership meetings and follow up on action items.
- Arrange travel and accommodation plans for business trips.
- Prepare internal announcements and professional communications when needed.
- Support internal communication, corporate branding, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate fairs, sales events, and company organizations.
- Manage corporate branding materials and promotional item shipments such as agendas, notebooks, pens, and gifts.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field minimum 5 years of experience supporting executive-level management
- Experience in a multinational environment preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Using digital tools (digital dexterity) is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish Experience in project and/or event management
- Background in corporate communications is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
