In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Research company locations and evaluate industry code information from company websites, industry websites, and BU and Impact Partners sources to resolve accurate industry codes for each site.

• Review sets of company and contact records identified as potential merges, research anomalies, correct data, and perform merges.

• Perform address standardization using Address Doctor data and monitor the postal standards of assigned countries.

• Review company records and ensure that primary addresses and operational addresses are grouped accurately.

• Research company address and other related information that failed the import process to facilitate the manual loading of data in the Customer Data Management System (CDM).

• Handle requests related to company information modifications and perform targeted clean-up through data enrichment processes and forms.

• Perform detailed system testing for improvements and new releases of the CDM system and provide detailed test results to the leads and/or POCs.

• Act as the single point of contact, perform all data reviews, and work closely with the account leaders or site team leaders to ensure the accuracy of the company hierarchy and group composition.

• Provide recommendations to enhance (not limited to) forms or workbenches in the CDM system.

You have a strong interest in manipulating and analyzing large data sets. You have high attention to detail and can quickly spot inaccuracies in the data. You're a proactive self-starter with a high level of commitment to exceeding expectations. You can efficiently process data, generate accurate, high-quality reports, and present results and findings. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any Business-related courses.

• 0-1 year of relevant working experience.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Exposure to TOAD, Oracle applications, PL/SQL, and Oracle forms is a plus.

• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, and other reporting tools is a plus.
