• Provide technical support to manufacturing, sales, service teams, and external partners for assigned products
• Maintain, improve, and update existing products through Engineering Change Requests and related design projects
• Perform and document design calculations, analyses, and supporting technical rationale
• Build 3D CAD models and assemblies to support manufacturing and engineering needs
• Create design documentation, including part numbers, test specifications, instructions, and design practices and procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical partners
• Mechanical proficiency, spatial reasoning, and the ability to visualize concepts in three dimensions
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, product evaluation/testing, or related hands‑on engineering work
• Understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, and GD&T principles
• Familiarity with design and technical tools such as 3D CAD, Solid Works, FEM/FEA, and Microsoft Office (Excel/VBA experience beneficial)
• Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes and material properties
• Programming or automation‑related experience that supports engineering workflows
