About the role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- • Set up machining cells from initial concept through stable mass production, including CNC selection and purchasing, fixture design, process design, and CNC programming
- Design and continuously improve machining cell and assembly line layouts, tooling, and fixtures during mass production
- Develop, maintain, and update standard operating instructions, process control plans, and failure analysis documentation
- Train production operators and maintain accurate training and competency records
- Establish maintenance guidelines, troubleshoot process and equipment issues, and propose solutions with a strong focus on cost, quality, and long‑term sustainability
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support machining, welding, electro‑polishing (where applicable), and assembly manufacturing processes

For This Role, You Will Need:
- • Hands‑on experience in machining and manufacturing process engineering, with demonstrated capability in CNC programming and troubleshooting
- Practical experience designing machining fixtures and supporting production readiness
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and manufacturing data
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills for collaboration in a global environment
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
- Foundational knowledge gained through education or equivalent practical experience in mechanical, electromechanical, automation, or related engineering fields
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- • Experience supporting lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
- Exposure to electro‑polishing, welding, or assembly line manufacturing processes
- Experience transitioning processes from development into stable, high‑volume production
- Familiarity with cost‑benefit analysis and design‑for‑manufacturability principles
