In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with business goals

• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain
• Oversee and improve QMS and ensure compliant with relevant certifications and audits
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH, CE, UL), customer-specific requirements and ensure customer feedback handling
• Maintain and improve QMS documentation, procedures, and controls
• Monitor and improve product quality metrics (e.g., FPY, PPM, COPQ)
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issues
• Drive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocols
• Manage and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams
• Build a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement with the team
• Interface with key customers on quality matters, audits, and escalations
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design-for-quality and process capability
• Support Regionalization, localization and new product development initiatives along with Asia Pacific team for specific site-based developments
• Manage stakeholders as per organization structure
  Who You Are: You’re a seasoned quality leader with deep experience in manufacturing. You drive compliance, and build high-performing teams. Your balanced technical expertise with strategic vision, ensuring quality is not just maintained but elevated as a business advantage.For This Role, You Will Need:- 10+ years of experience in quality leadership roles within manufacturing, exposure to valves/coils or related components will be an added advantage
• Deep knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Six Sigma, GT&D)
• Proven experience with ISO standards, regulatory audits, and customer quality systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: - Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
• Experience with ERP and digital quality systems
• Ability to influence across functions and drive change
