In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in customer-facing meetings, including onboarding sessions, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions, to position education services as a value driver.

Proactively promote training offerings to customers and internal stakeholders, aligning solutions with business needs and customer objectives.

  • Support customer enablement by recommending tailored training paths and helping customers navigate available resources and certification programs.

  • Handle customer escalations related to training delivery, registration issues, or certification concerns, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.

  • Represent Education Services in external and internal meetings advocating for training value and alignment with customer goals.

  • Serve as a regional point of contact for Authorized Training Partners (ATPs), instructors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage training scheduling and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Post-Sales Services, and Technical Engineering teams to support training integration into broader customer solutions.

  • Building trusted relationships externally and internally and becoming a trusted advisor.

For This Role, You Will Need:-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Education, or a related field; advanced degree.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in education services, training operations, customer service, or a related function.

  • Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.

  • Strong understanding of training delivery models, certification programs, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (written and verbal).

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SFDC) and data reporting tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed to support regional operations and partner engagement.
