You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience, using data-driven insights and inclusive practices to help build diverse, high-performing teams. In this position, you will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders, continuously improve our recruitment processes, and contribute to strategic talent initiatives that support Emerson’s growth.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of roles, from intake and sourcing through selection, offer, and onboarding support.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand talent needs, define inclusive job requirements, and create engaging, bias-aware job postings.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines using multiple channels (direct sourcing, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach).
  • Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and potential, ensuring a fair, consistent, and structured evaluation process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, providing guidance to hiring teams on effective and inclusive interviewing practices.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition data in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data quality and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven KPI and recruitment metrics reports to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction activities, which may include events, digital campaigns, and partnerships with universities or professional organizations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and helping to refine processes, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure alignment with Emerson’s talent strategies, values, and inclusive hiring standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:- 5 - 10 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, in-house or via an agency, with exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams at different levels.
  • Comfort working with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS), with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • A structured, organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize, follow through on commitments, and meet agreed timelines.
  • An inclusive mindset, with a genuine interest in fair hiring practices, diversity, equity, and belonging.
  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to propose ideas, experiment with new approaches, and learn from outcomes.
  • Education in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience gained through work, internships, or other relevant activities.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Experience managing recruitment for shared services, corporate functions, engineering, or technical roles.

  • Familiarity with recruitment in a multinational or matrixed environment, working with stakeholders across different countries or time zones.
  • Experience using data and metrics to evaluate recruitment performance and present insights or recommendations.
  • Knowledge of inclusive sourcing and assessment strategies that help attract diverse talent.
  • Experience supporting employer branding, talent marketing, or university relations initiatives.
  • Understanding of local labor market trends in Hungary or the broader Central and Eastern European region.
