As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of innovative, high‑quality software solutions that support advanced systems and technologies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, learn from experienced colleagues, and continuously grow your technical capabilities while delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop, implement, and validate software features that meet stakeholder and customer needs
Collaborate with team members to support the design, development, and integration of new product features
Participate in system‑level thinking, testing, and continuous improvement activities
Actively learn and enhance your technical skills with the support of mentors and teammates
Contribute to a culture of quality, collaboration, and shared ownership

For This Role, You Will Need:

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Relevant experience in software development and system integration
Hands‑on experience with at least one high‑level programming language such as LabVIEW, C++, or C#
A solid understanding of system design, development, and testing principles
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Technical knowledge of NI products and platforms, such as NI XNET software and hardware or Veri Stand
Experience in software and systems development using LabVIEW and/or C++/C#
Familiarity with Agile or iterative development methodologies
Understanding of vehicle bus architectures and communication protocols, including CAN, LIN, Flex Ray, or similar technologies
