About the role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partner with sales, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
- Provide pre‑sales technical support, including solution design, product selection, demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Translate customer challenges into clear, practical proposals that align with Emerson’s technologies and customer goals.
- Support proposal and bid activities by contributing technical documentation and clarifications.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, applications, and Emerson offerings to continuously enhance solution quality.
