Job Summary
We are seeking a strategically oriented, highly organized, and creatively proficient Marketing Manager to oversee the global offline and digital presence of company brands. This critical role is responsible for end-to-end Exhibition Management and the strategic development of company We Chat Ecosystem, with the core objective of enhancing brand authority, expanding market penetration, and driving high-quality lead generation to support the company’s long-term business objectives.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead the full lifecycle of industry trade shows and corporate events, covering booth strategy, vendor management, on-site execution, stakeholder coordination, lead tracking and performance analysis, to maximize event ROI.

Manage daily operation and strategic growth of We Chat Official Account and Video Channel, including content planning, copywriting, visual optimization and fan engagement, to elevate account influence and user activity.

Develop and execute integrated content calendars, aligning offline events with online digital campaigns for consistent brand messaging, tone and visual identity across all channels.

Build and optimize the company’s private traffic pool (We Chat groups), enhance user interaction via campaigns, live streaming and social CRM, to improve user loyalty and conversion.

Lead the production of marketing collaterals including digital posters, short video scripts, bilingual press releases and brand materials, ensuring professionalism and brand consistency.

Source, evaluate and manage external partners (design, booth construction, PR agencies), ensuring quality delivery, on-time completion and budget compliance.

Define and monitor KPIs for exhibitions and We Chat operations, conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Uphold brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing activities and materials maintain the company’s professional, high-end brand image and global standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines.

A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in marketing communications (Marcom), event management, and digital marketing, with preferred experience in B2B or premium B2C industries.

Expert-level proficiency in We Chat backend operations, as well as in-depth understanding of Tik Tok, Little Red Book, and the latest digital marketing trends in the Chinese market.

Demonstrated capability in managing complex logistics for large-scale exhibitions, effectively prioritizing tasks, and meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Exceptional English writing and editing abilities, with the capacity to independently create and refine bilingual marketing content.
