In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Verification Places purchase orders to supplier in ERP
• Communicates daily with supplier to ensure on-time deliveries
• Expedite/postpone orders
• Prepares reports and extract information from ERP
• Manage and control inventory levels and movements
• Performs any other task given by the team leader/management

Who You Are:

You understand that materials planning impacts customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency across the entire value chain. You identify repetitive tasks and advocate for smarter, automated solutions and you thrive in multicultural, fast-paced environments. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks understanding that different situations may call for different approaches.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 5+ years in materials planning, supply chain or operation
• Strong ERP proficiency (SAP, JDE, or Oracle) & advanced Excel skills
• Advanced data analytics using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables,)
• English language advanced proficiency (German/Dutch language is a plus)
• Supply chain optimization techniques including safety stock calculations, reorder point optimization, and ABC/XYZ analysis
• Inventory management frameworks (DD MRP, JIT, VMI) with proven PDBL reduction track record
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, including advanced Power

• German or Dutch: Constitutes an advantage, for regional stakeholder engagement and supplier communication
