Staff Education Services Operations Specialist
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Act as the primary owner and central point of contact for Education Services operations within the assigned region or country.
- Develop, maintain, and execute regional education business plans aligned with broader strategy and revenue targets.
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of education activities, coordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure successful course delivery.
- Generate and manage training schedules, course logistics, and approval of new training events.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on training quotations, supporting the full sales process through to completion.
- Monitor and manage budgets and costs associated with Education Services operations.
- Provide guidance to customers on appropriate training courses and certifications through phone and email interactions.
- Proactively engage customers who have expressed interest in training via the website, seminars, or industry events.
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote training and certification offerings across channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, leads, and activities within internal systems and CRM tools.
- Conduct post‑training follow‑ups to identify opportunities for additional learning and certification solutions.
- Serve as a regional point of contact for Authorized Training Partners, instructors, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in internal meetings and training sessions, and occasionally represent Education Services at trade shows, seminars, or marketing events.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
- Experience in a customer‑focused environment where customer success and service quality are priorities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively toward shared team goals.
- Comfort using digital tools and systems, including Microsoft Office and internal or proprietary platforms.
- Demonstrated business awareness, including financial and operational considerations.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 10%.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
- Exposure to technical sales, training delivery, or learning services.
- Experience coordinating projects or operational initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC).
- Several years of experience in sales, customer service, business operations, or project coordination roles.
