Job Summary:

Ultimately, this role is accountable for delivering the project's objectives while meeting interested party expectations and maintaining quality standards.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources and budget requirements.

Coordinating internal team members, external third parties/vendor and other collaborators to ensure resources are allocated effectively for the perfect execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by supervising progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing solution to keep project on track.

Tracking projects expenses and manage budget to ensure project is within financial constraints.

Report and raise to management as needed.

Accountable for implementing project contract terms and conditions for the project.

Supports and presents status review meetings weekly with management.

Ensures involvement of site team / local business partners at the appropriate project phase

Responsible for the smooth handover of the project to the LCS Team.

Identifying, assessing and Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Facilitating clear and open communication among team members, collaborators, and clients to ensure everyone is advised and aligned.

Being responsible for quality control measures to ensure results meet project requirements and industry standards.

Leading changes to project scope, schedule, and objectives while minimizing disruption and maintaining project alignment.

Developing and updating project documentation, such as plans, progress reports, and issue logs.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Follow up with Customer for payment collection achieved and follow-up through accounts receipt and closure.

Understanding of project management principles, methodologies and standard processes.

Ability to lead and empower teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide direction and guidance to achieve project goals.

Coordinate communication of information, negotiate contracts, and lead all aspects of partner anticipations with proficiency.

Excellent organizational abilities to plan and prioritize tasks, handle resources, and coordinate schedules to meet project timelines.

Capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges at may arise during the project.

Understanding of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to minimize potential disruptions to project progress.

Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as relevant industry- specific knowledge to effectively manage projects in various domains.

Ability to negotiate contracts, resolve conflicts, and manage collaborator expectations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and environments while maintaining focus on project objectives.

Capability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and meet project duration.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Mechanical, Materials, and the Electrical and Instrumentation) required.
