About the role

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Respond to customer and sales inquiries by ensuring timely and accurate entry of customer orders

  • Acknowledge customer orders and proactively communicate shipment status, including any potential delays

  • Review, process, and manage customer order change requests with attention to detail

  • Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to expedite orders and support on‑time delivery commitments

  • Maintain close and effective communication with customers and sales organizations to ensure alignment and satisfaction

  • Process and issue invoices in accordance with internal policies and customer requirements

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service quality

You apply an understanding of business drivers and market dynamics to guide day‑to‑day actions and priorities. For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proficiency in English and French, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

  • Strong digital literacy, including effective use of tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Demonstrated customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

  • Understanding of how business strategies and operational processes support customer and commercial outcomes

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience in a customer service, sales support, or order management environment

  • Exposure to working with cross‑functional or international teams
