In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Kit materials into boxes, cases, and appropriate packaging
• Handle, move, and correctly identify materials throughout the warehouse
• Perform daily follow‑up on warehouse functions, including housekeeping and organization
• Cross‑train and support other departments as needed
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• Basic math skills, including counting and simple calculations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
• Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity expectations
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (tools and equipment are available for heavier items)
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
