We are looking to hire a Machine Operator to be based in our Orange, Virginia location. We are hiring for **second shift (3p-11p)**and third shift (11p-7a). In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Operates conventional and CNC production machines such as winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, welders, etc

Sand, deburr, etc. as necessary to properly complete the machining operation with the quality required.

Must understand material hardness, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, coolant requirements and machining techniques.

For This Role, You Will Need:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.

Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and controls.

Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

2 to 4 years of machining experience.

Welding knowledge

Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
