Assembler 2 - 1st shift
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Follow detailed work instructions to build circuit board‑based products.
- Perform assembly operations including soldering or machining, as applicable.
- Use basic hand tools and battery‑operated screwdrivers and drills safely and effectively.
- Mechanically assemble a range of controls, tools, and probes.
- Glue probes and assemblies according to specifications.
- Accurately label manufactured products and ensure serial number accuracy.
- Measure, cut, and prepare wires as required.
- Complete work order forms and required production documentation.
- Assist with testing and verification to ensure finished products meet quality and performance standards.
- Perform essential housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet department quality, attendance, and productivity expectations.
- Perform all duties in compliance with company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 months of experience soldering, building, or machining in a manufacturing or similar setting.
- Strong self‑motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A high level of attention to detail when completing daily tasks.
- The ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and dependable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Prior experience in electronics or circuit board assembly.
- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and quality standards.
- Experience working in a team‑based production environment.
