You will act as an interface between sales offices and representatives to manage sales orders efficiently.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Check the order documents for completeness.

• Enter data, orders, and items into the Business System for all orders from different customers.

• Coordinate with support groups and/or regional offices to complete customers’ requests.

• Identify issues that need customer concern.

• Attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations, process updates, issues, and challenges.

• Log individual productivity daily.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.

• 6 months of relevant experience in order/data entry.

• Proficiency in English communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in using Salesforce is a plus.
