In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Driving customer and stakeholder success through clear, proactive, and streamlined communication
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery and by driving effective backlog management
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and the Customer Operations team to enable seamless execution
• Managing customer escalations and developing effective, timely resolution strategies
• Preparing, analyzing, and consolidating reports to support informed management decision‑making
• Supporting quarterly revenue achievement by facilitating operational execution across the Supply Chain
• Championing a Continuous Improvement mindset and contributing to process enhancement initiatives

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a similar position.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle and Kinaxis Maestro is an advantage.
