In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and lead integrated, multi‑channel digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, lead generation targets, and revenue goals.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize content and visual assets across paid media, organic channels, and email to grow audience reach, brand awareness, and traffic to digital platforms.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant networks, including targeting, retargeting, bid strategies, and budget pacing.

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional blasts, and lead generation programs, using audience segmentation and performance optimization.

  • Manage the 360 Insight, specifically the leads management system to ensure accurate and timely capture of all leads from digital and traditional sources.

  • Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data, audience behavior, engagement trends, and conversion metrics across all digital channels.

  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy.

  • Collaborate on cross‑functional projects by supporting scope reviews, planning timelines, developing mock‑ups or prototypes, participating in testing, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including the development and execution of social media advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (preferably Eloqua).

  • Experience with graphic design and video‑editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Canva, or similar platforms.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of machines and tools is a plus.
