You will apply your pricing experience by focusing on the technical aspects and implementation of annual price increase cycles, special price increase requests, pricing attribute allocations, and pricing data analytics.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Ensure the service level agreements are on target and submit regular performance reports, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.

  • Lead goal-setting review to ensure challenging and stretched goals and assignments for the team in support of the overall business.

  • Perform staffing projection complementing work volume growth and forecast and making necessary proposals to business unit.

  • Plan, assign, and direct work to the employees in cooperation with the supervisor or manager to manage workload and projects.

  • Evaluate individual performance, conduct coaching discussions, complete development plans, and support training and career growth.

  • Adheres to the regularization, performance appraisal, quarterly performance appraisal, rewards and recognition and other people related policies and guidelines.

  • Lead project reviews, provide overview of the team including processes, capabilities, and purpose, assess requirements, and apply technical and business knowledge to determine value and complexity.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement plans and execution.

  • Create test cases, prepare and secure approval for UAT plans (data back-up/migration, communication, cut-offs, code freeze, production server setup), and perform testing on application update releases.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related courses.

  • 1-2 years relevant experience leading a Pricing team.

  • 5-7 years relevant experience in Pricing and Reporting Analysis.

  • General knowledge of pricing and analytics concepts.

  • High competence in usage of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Demonstrated systems and process knowledge.

  • Knowledge of various software applications such as Oracle, Share Point, MS Access, MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.

  • Strong knowledge of pricing process.
