
Executive Assistant
About the role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide executive support to the Site Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of materials.
- Support the sales team with coordination activities, customer visit logistics, meeting preparation, and follow‑up actions.
- Organize and manage internal meetings, events, and site activities, ensuring smooth execution and positive experiences for participants.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication with internal teams, customers, vendors, and regional or global stakeholders.
- Support office administration activities, including supplies, vendor coordination, and general office operations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate confidently in written and spoken formats.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow‑up skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience supporting senior leaders, sales teams, or business operations in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Background in executive support, sales administration, office administration, or business coordination.
- Experience working with regional or global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
